Good morning my loves! Do you ever have those days where you just feel a bit down on yourself? Maybe you feel a bit anxious or even scared. Maybe you just feel off. Well I was having one of those when I woke up this morning and I find the best things to put me back into my usual positive and happy self is movement, journaling, meditation and repeating self love affirmations. So with that said I thought, just in case any of you are also feeling a bit ‘off’ today or any day, here is a list of my favourite self love affirmations.
