
A Few Thoughts of Gratitude
Good morning my loves! I hope your week is going lovely. This morning I woke up early for a yoga class. On my walk there and back and during the class I couldn’t help but feel so much gratitude for everything in my life. Feeling grateful and being engulfed in that high vibration frequency is one of the best feelings in the world and with practice, it comes easily. That being said.. it takes practice. And I know it’s not always easy. So, since I’ve spent the better part of 10 years practicing just that, I thought I would give you a list of things that we can pretty much always be grateful for on any giving day.. even if the day isn’t the best. Because remember, the more your practice gratitude, the more things to be grateful for appear.
I’m grateful for my health
I’m grateful for fresh water
I’m grateful for fresh air
I’m grateful for the sounds of birds chirping
I’m grateful for fresh hot coffee
I’m grateful to have a home
I’m grateful for the abundance of love in my life
I’m grateful for the feeling of lighting my favourite candle
I’m grateful to have the ability to move my body
I’m grateful for fresh food
I’m grateful to live in such a beautiful part of the world
I’m grateful for my body and all it does for me
I’m grateful that I can read
I’m grateful for my healthy mind.
